This section describes the process to request for Singpass Staging Mobile App for testing on the integration via QR authentication or 2FA Authentication.
Select Account Type "Singpass Staging Test Account".
Fill in your Name, Email, and Company Name
Indicate your Client ID. This value is obtained from the Client ID field after saving your application details in the Singpass Developer Portal.
Select Test Account Request Type "Create New Test Account"
Indicate the Mobile Number and type of Staging Mobile App OS required
Click "Submit Now"
The test account request processing could take up to 5 working days.
After which, you can expect to receive two separate emails from us:
An invitation from Apple TestFlight and/or Microsoft App Center will allow you to download the test app.
An email providing you with the credentials for your test account. If your request is solely for the latest version of the Singpass staging app, you will receive only the invitation from Apple TestFlight and/or Microsoft App Center to download the test app.
For Staging Singpass App (iOS), you should receive an email from no_reply@email.apple.com
For Staging Singpass App (Android), you should receive an email from no_reply@email.apple.com no-reply@mail.appcenter.ms
Follow the instructions in the email to set up the App for the different OS accordingly.
Be aware that the Singpass staging app and the production version of the Singpass app cannot be installed simultaneously on the same device.
