# Deactivate Production App

Prerequisites:

* You have to be successfully logged into [Singpass Developer Portal](https://developer.singpass.gov.sg) before you can create Production App.
* You already toggled your Dashboard view to Production.
* The entity have already agreed to Singpass Service Agreement.

1. Click **App Name hyperlink** on your Dashboard - Production view.

2. You will be redirected to view the Production App details.

3. Click **Deactivate App.**
4. Once successfully deactivated, the app status will be updated to **Deactivated** and you will see the option to **Activate App.**
