Deactivate Production App

Prerequisites:

• You have to be successfully log in into SDP before you can create Production App.

• You already toggled your Dashboard view to Production

• The entity have already agreed to Singpass Service Agreement

1. Click App Name hyperlink on your Dashboard - Production view.

1. You will be redirected to view the Production App details.

1. Click Deactivate App.

2. Once successfully deactivated, the app status will be updated to Deactivated and you will see the option to Activate App.
