User Journey

As part of your app creation in the production environment, you are required to submit a User Journey that illustrates how your digital service will use the Myinfo and/or Singpass APIs.

1. Myinfo API - Use this API to retrieve user information for form filling or registration purposes.

Once you’ve completed the User Journey, please submit it via the portal. Your submission will then be routed for approval.

1. Login with Mandatory Face Verification API - This is reserved for high-risk use cases only (e.g. Digital Token setup for banking apps). It allows you to enhance the login process with Face Verification after Singpass login.
