Onboarding Checklist

This page offers a high-level guide on the essential steps for integrating your mobile/web application with Singpass.

Step 1: Access the Singpass Developer Portal and configure your application

• Ensure your Singpass Account has been authorised via Corppass to access "Singpass API Developer and Partner Portal". Else, Find Your Corppass Admin to give you the access.

• Configure your application with Singpass Developer Portal.

Step 2: Invoke the Discovery Endpoint

• This endpoint returns a JSON document with metadata about Singpass's endpoints which could help you integrate more seamlessly.

Step 3: Invoke the Authorization Endpoint

• Your application should redirect users to the authorization endpoint, which will facilitate user authentication.

Step 4: Invoke the Token Endpoint

• After the user authenticates with Singpass, they will be redirected back to the provided redirect URL, along with the authorization code and a state value. Next, your application should invoke the token endpoint to exchange the authorization code for the access token and ID token. The ID token should include the user's profile to complete the authentication and authorization process.
