Myinfo Pricing Model

To reflect economies of scale and the varying value of data provided, Myinfo uses a differentiated pricing model based on the data scopes retrieved by an e-service.

Updated Pricing Structure

To better align cost with data value, Myinfo transactions are categorised into two pricing tiers:

Myinfo Standard

Applies to e-services that retrieve personal non-financial profile data scopes.

Examples include basic personal particulars and non-financial attributes.

Myinfo Plus

Applies to e-services that retrieve personal financial profile data scopes, including the following:

CPF Data • Ordinary Account • Medisave Account • Retirement Account • Special Account • CPF Contribution History (up to 15 months) • CPF Housing Withdrawal

Income & Property Data • NOA Basic (Latest Year) • NOA Basic (Last 2 Years) • NOA Detailed (Latest Year) • NOA Detailed (Last 2 Years) • Ownership of Private Residential Property

CPF Investment Scheme • CPF Investment Scheme Account • Number of Discounted Singtel Shares • Self-Awareness Questionnaire (SAQ) Participation Status

Important Notes

  • Pricing is determined based on the highest-value data scope retrieved by the e-service.

  • If your e-service retrieves any Myinfo Plus data scope, the transaction will be charged under Myinfo Plus.

  • Detailed pricing rates are available in the Singpass Developer Portal.
